Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or installing the Spelo widget, you agree to these Terms. If you are signing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Spelo provides a voice widget, an admin dashboard, and supporting APIs. We may update the service to add features, fix bugs, and improve security. We will give reasonable notice before removing material functionality.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or extract models.
• No use for high-risk applications (medical diagnosis, legal advice, emergency services, safety-critical decisions) without a signed addendum.
• You are responsible for content your visitors speak and for your configured prompts.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually. Overage charges are billed at the end of each cycle. You can cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the voice model will produce factually correct answers; you are responsible for the prompts and data you provide.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spelo's total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security risk.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
